Fra bestyrelsen7. April 2024New chairman in the fan clubLast week's general assembly of the F.C. Copenhagen Fan Club featured a minor reshuffle and a couple of new board members, as both chairman Lars Thor and treasurer Casper Düring Koed chose to step down from the FCKFC board. A huge thank you goes out to both of them for the work they have put into the fan club. We would also like to welcome the two new members, Sara Gangsted and Ninni Hammer. The new board now consists of:Christian Hindkjær, Chairman.Casper Fischer Raavig, Vice Chairman.Ninni Hammer, Treasurer.Sara Gangsted, Board Member.Mie Backmann, Board Member.Kim Dahl Hansen, Alternate Member.Christian Thomsen, Alternate Member. For our new chairman, it is not an unfamiliar role to lead Denmark's largest football fan club, as Christian, in his role as vice chairman, has served as acting chairman during Lars Thor's leave of absence for the past 8 months. For Christian, it is therefore natural to take on the responsibility as chairman and continue the work that has long been underway.Christian looks forward to leading the association safely forward and says:"I am very pleased with the development we are experiencing, where as an association we are in a very good place with increasing membership numbers, fantastic volunteers, sold-out away trips, good cooperation with the club, and not least improved communication about our activities. We must continue all this so that we also stand as a strong unified voice in the future. But at the same time, we must remember that things do not happen by themselves, and that we must constantly seek our opportunities for influence and continue to develop and improve, so that FCKFC becomes even more attractive in the future for all our members."Christian is also pleased with the new strong female members added to the board. Two women whom the board itself has nominated, as they can contribute strong competencies and areas of interest that ultimately result in a stronger board. In addition to the primary board work, Sara's main focus will be the upcoming women's team, and Ninni's many years of experience as a bookkeeper will, among other things, be used to create a better overview of the association's finances and optimize current systems.RelatedBillede FCKFC 2.
